How much food should I order?

Simply tell me how many people you are having and I will present you with a menu that I know will leave everyone satisfied by the end of the night. If you have a budget consideration, let me know in your booking inquiry.

We have vegetarians attending, do you have alternatives?

Many of my dishes have vegetarian ‘mirror’ options. So, while I will serve beef carpaccio to your carnivore guests, your vegetarian friends will enjoy ‘beet’ carpaccio.

Do you have a minimum?

For ‘hor d’ouevres in lieu of dinner, there is a minimum spend of $2,500.

My time and one server (for up to 25 people) on site is included in the quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation before 5:00 PM eight (eight) 8 days prior to the event (not including day of) results in a credit towards a mutually agreeable date in the future within 1 calendar year of the original date.

Cancellation AFTER 5:00 PM eight (8) days prior to the event is simply non-refundable. 

Can you assist with other planning?

While my services are generally limited to food at this time, I am able to help or consult on other planning aspects such as your bar & bartender considerations, music and / or musicians, etc. Just ask.
